Treatments with Rebecca:

“I am passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy.”

Whether you’re recovering from a shoulder injury, working through knee pain after a joint replacement, or simply trying to get back to the things that matter most in daily life — Rebecca is here to help. As an HCPC registered physiotherapist at Peacock Pain & Injury Clinic in Mold, Flintshire, she sees patients from across North Wales and beyond, including Wrexham, Flint, Buckley, Holywell, and Chester.

Rebecca’s approach is collaborative, person-centred, and goal-orientated. She takes the time to truly listen — understanding not just your injury, but your life, your goals, and what recovery means to you. Patients often describe feeling genuinely heard, and leaving with real hope about their future.

Rebecca holds both a BSc in Physiotherapy and a BSc in Sports Therapy (with a background in football and rugby), as well as a qualification in massage therapy. She brings 2.5 years of wide-ranging NHS experience — spanning acute inpatient wards, outpatient MSK clinics, community care, and falls services — having treated patients across all ages and stages of life. That breadth has given her a particular passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and a deep understanding of what it takes to support recovery at every stage.

Rebecca works with everyone from active adults managing sport or leisure injuries to older patients rebuilding strength, mobility, and independence after surgery, fracture, or joint replacement. She tailors every treatment plan specifically to the individual in front of her — because no two patients, and no two recoveries, are the same.

Her goal is simple: to help you leave your course of treatment feeling stronger, more active, independent, and empowered to live the life you want.
