You can schedule an appointment by calling our clinic directly or using our online booking system on our website. If you have any preferences for appointment times or specific therapists, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For your first appointment, please bring any relevant medical records, referral letters from your doctor, and details of your health insurance coverage if applicable. It’s also helpful to bring a list of current medications and any previous imaging or test results related to your condition. Wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement will also facilitate a thorough assessment.

To change or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. You can do this by calling our clinic, emailing us, or using our online booking system if available. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid a cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate your new appointment time.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients. If you miss an appointment or fail to provide adequate notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.

Payment can be made via various methods, including credit/debit card, cash, or electronic transfer. If you have health insurance coverage, we can assist with submitting claims on your behalf, depending on your plan’s requirements. Please discuss payment options and any insurance details with our administrative staff during your visit.

You do not need a referral from your GP to see one of our therapists. You can book an appointment directly with us.

It’s best to schedule an assessment as soon as possible after an injury to ensure prompt treatment and prevent further complications. Early assessment can help in identifying the extent of the injury and initiating appropriate treatment. If you’re experiencing severe pain, swelling, or difficulty moving, please seek immediate care.

The best service or therapist for you depends on your specific condition and treatment goals. If you’re unsure, our administrative team can help you choose based on your needs. For specialised conditions, you may be matched with a therapist who has expertise in that area. Feel free to discuss your needs with us, and we’ll ensure you receive the appropriate care.

Coverage can vary, so please contact your insurance provider to confirm if the specific therapy is covered under your plan. Many of our therapists are degree level qualified in Sports Therapy or Rehabilitation (not Physiotherapy) so please always check with your insurance provider before your appointment.
