Nikki Clubbe

Sports Rehabilitator & Therapist

“Movement changed my life once — and now I get to help others experience that same transformation every day.”

Nikki is passionate about helping women and older adults feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies again. Based at Peacock Pain & Injury Clinic in Mold, she specialises in treating lower back, hip, and pelvic pain — particularly in women experiencing hormonal changes such as after pregnancy, or during peri- and post-menopause.

Her calm, supportive, and hands-on approach helps patients move past the frustration of feeling dismissed or told “it’s just age.” Nikki combines expert treatment, simple rehabilitation, and clear education to restore confidence, strength, and control. Many of her patients describe finally feeling understood, listened to, and hopeful again — often saying they “walked out feeling lighter, looser, and in the right hands.”

With a background in the NHS and a BSc (Hons) in Rehabilitation and Injury Management, Nikki brings a wealth of experience across post-operative care, chronic pain, and long-term condition management. She tailors every session to the individual, blending massage and hands-on therapy with practical, easy-to-follow exercises that fit naturally into daily life.

She particularly enjoys supporting women recovering from surgery, managing endometriosis, or rebuilding confidence after pregnancy, as well as helping older adults improve balance, strength, and mobility to stay independent.

Every patient leaves Nikki’s care not only with less pain, but with a clear understanding of what’s happening in their body — and a plan to keep it that way.
