With over 18 years’ experience in patient care, Pilates instruction, and sports coaching, Bex combines deep clinical understanding with a strategic, people-centred approach to leadership.

Bex loves seeing her team thrive — growing in confidence, skill, and connection — because through them, countless patients receive the care and results they deserve. She’s known for her gentle-but-firm style, taking time to listen, reflect, and make decisions that are fair, balanced, and always in the best interests of patients and staff.

Having started her career as a therapist, Bex brings genuine insight into the challenges and rewards of clinical work.
